What Could Have Been...

Sighria lay awake in another sleepless night, eyes baggy from lack of sleep and excessive crying. Next to her was her son Sektel, the only son that remained behind while the others brothers left to live in Warfang. In the Cosmic mother's arms was the young Solarah, her beautiful, prematurely hatched daughter. In Sighria's mind was the image of her dreams; her, Rashama, and Solarah, together as a happy family. As tears streamed from her eyes, she whimpered to herself,
